The Village of Oak Park Housing Programs Division is pleased to announce that beginning in 2011 we will offer a Small Rental Properties Rehabilitation Loan Program. Rental properties with fewer than eight units may be eligible for forgivable loans of up to $5,000 per unit. General property repairs, unit upgrades and energy efficiency improvements are types of eligible improvements.
